Getting retinol. Which dosage shall I get?

Nah tret is a retinoid but retinol is a diff thing, a lot weaker and otc. Get both formulations if you can you start with .025 and work your way to .05 usually

I think ive been using tret the whole time instead of retinol which was 0.1% dosage, but low dosage is for everyday?

If youve been using tret then you cant use retinol, well you can but it wont do shit
