I will be getting revisión bimax in October. First surgeon tilted my jaws.
My surgeon plans on advancing the maxilla 5.4 mm. Impacting 4mm and 2mm on different sides to fix the slant, rotation the maxilla counterclockwise 2 degrees. He will open up the left side ramus to make it as wide as the right side. He will reduce the chin 3mm. After that he will install infraorbital malar implants and gonial implants that are about 5mm long. He plans on bringing my gonial angle from 135 to 125 degrees. Then he will finish with buccal fat removal. Do you think these movements will be enough to achieve aesthetic results?
