Getting rhinoplasty in korea in 2 weeks

Been wanting to do this for ages and told the surgeon that I mostly want a slimmer nose with a more refined tip and he suggested lateral osreotomy, tip reduction and alar reduction which does sound exactly right for me but I'm still kinda scared of getting botched.

What should I tell the surgeon to make sure he gets it right.

Maybe someone could morph the nose on this pic for me

deviated septum correction, removal of overgrown nasal turbinates, bump removal and slight lifting of the tip

however my tip is still tight and thick, 100% doing a revision in the future to slim the nose from the front, and use cartilage to give it better projection and definition
But first jaw surgery

Oh yeah rhinoplasty will have the highest ROI for you, for me aswell but i don't think i'll get it done in korea unless your results are crazy good. Do be sure to post your results. I would get multiple consultations even in korea before you make a choice and thoroughly check reviews/etc.

yea it's just I was already in korea so I just got the consultations there. I'm in japan now but I'll go back to korea for a final consultation and then I already have the surgery date locked in on the 24th if I'm happy with the final consultation. I was happy with this particular surgeon because they had some before afters with other non Asian noses.

Here's my results after 10 days. Top is before.
I'm actually happy with it. As you can tell my face is still a bit less angular and swollen so i hope the swelling in my nose will also go down a bit but I'm pretty satisfied.
