Getting rid of acne

Hi i just wanted to ask you guys for some help with getting rid of acne beacose i dont know what to use atp beacose i tried averything from skin care but none worked only slowed it a bit i honestly think its connected to my puberty but i really wanna get rid of it beacose it makes so fucking angry i have problem with blackheads and acne scars on my back i would be really grateful if someone could give me tip about some medicine or something that will help me get rid of it, but without a prescription unless someone knows a way to bypass the prescription requirement and buy it without one.

Get Tretinoin and azelaic acid from indiamart rep and mark as solution
