Getting rid of acne

What products do I use to get rid my acne I don’t wanna use accutane because i heard it can be bad for growth I use based moisturize and cleanser a tinted sunscreen and Tretnoin but that shit doesn’t work at all wtf do I do and use please lmk what actually works.
