Getting rid of potential keratosis pilaris

I’ve had this redness for months now that just won’t go away. I’ve tried a vitamin c serum, niacinimide, hylauronic and everything but it just won’t go. I have the same thing on my arms so it doesn’t surprise me that it’s gone to my face but is there anything i can do about it?? Not the best photo of it

Mine looks especially horrible in the right lighting or after i wash my face with really cold water

Suffering from the same problem as you. I think I will try get laser treatment or get prescribed something strong from my GP. Will let you know if it gets any better

I went to a dermatologist who specialises in laser treatment they didn’t recommend laser straight away but rather spam urea cream

not sure but maybe chink manufactured accutane could solve it? Or just see a derm
