Getting rid of scars while on accutane

My scars are fucking CRAZY

When I’m off accutane in like six months I can wait an extra six months, then get microneedling or a chemical peel or some shit

BUT TWELVE MONTHS

I can’t wait that long.

What would happen theoretically if I did that shit while on accutane
