i have somewhat of a shit skin texture,
i m thinking of adding chicken bone broth to my diet with chicken skin/feet and stuff. i would get around 10 grams of collagen per day.
will this be enough or will i have to up this intake, also if you have any experince in collagen boosting then i would like to know.
