Getting rid of uee

What's the best way to get rid of uee or at least to reduce it by 4-6mm?As I have read most natural ways as eyelid pulling and ice hooding are cope.I did eyelid pulling for a year, not consistently, but it pretty much lasts until you blink!What procedures are the best for this, I am thinking of botox to lower the brows as I live in Europe and I don't know where I could get fillers or fat grafts!Any suggestions?

Yes I know, but I don't know what is better to try first, fillers or fat grafts and where do I find a surgeon with good results who is willing to do this from Europe?

The thing is I don't care much about hunter eyes, I just want to reduce my uee because mine is definitely not minimal

I don’t really know what to suggest , threads , I think they’re cope.
Icing eyelids definitely cope
Just squint or something
