Construction workers and fire fighters are thirsted for their physiques.

But I believe for any of these blue collar workers who are jacked most of the real work happens outside of work. Sleep, diet, hydration. Most people can't keep up a busy work schedule while balancing fitness, ESPECIALLY physical laborers.

It's a feat to just manage to replenish your body from working hard as fuck, just to maintain your fitness. Going over the top to facilitate muscle growth is something people don't have the time for.

You will get ripped. You won't get huge. Your body gets used to the weight you move and will plateau into infinity unless you progressively overload.

There's a few stars on any jobsite worth it's salt. Dudes who eat right, sleep right, and don't overindulge in alcohol, food, drugs, etc.. They look like they don't fit in.
They do the same work as everyone else but the bodies are miles apart fitness.. Dudes go home, drink away the day, eat away their problems, don't sleep, don't drink water.

That should tell anyone all they need to know about how this shit works. The real work happens outside of the gym. You can do the same work as all these other mfs but what really matters is how you keep that ball rolling through every day.

deadass impossible to go lift after labor. Even tried splits with hella rest like u/l or fbeod. Ide be so fatigued that I would have to rest for a minimum of 2 days after work before I could go to the gym again
