Getting sick first week on cycle

For context I’m taking 600 test 300 eq. Also the vial is filtered so I know it’s not that.

Anyways it’s been the first week and the day after I pin I get flu like symptoms which then go away is this normal?

I’m assuming this is just due to increased androgen load, but when does it go away
