You'll be so depressed and malnourished once you get lean you wont even enjoy or want sex

Since getting lean I haven’t wanted any of those which is fine

I get what youre saying because as a natural you can get too lean trying to chase washboard abs or single digit bodyfat, but getting to around 12% bodyfat is actually healthy and wont tank your hormones or force you starve, and is actually perfect for a natural for aesthetics and facial bones. If you have a good facial structure, at 12% it will look good and your physique will look good if youre trained enough. You may not have the crazy abs you want, but you will very likely still have good abs for regular people standards and will also be in a good place for athletics and sports. Still have lots of energy and possibly even more than if youre a higher bodyfat. Ive seen things about getting to around 12% is optimal for hormones and energy.
