getting surgery once im 18 (june) and need advice on what i have to get done

i want to get double eyelid surgery, buccal fat removal (should i opt for something else?) nose + chin + undereye fillers, forehead reduction(?), masseuters(?) and a lip flip

i will attach a picture from half a year ago aswell as current ones

also looking for advice on what i can improve prior surgery, down for pretty much anything, make up and hair tips appreciated

Hmm... Actually you need lip width not lip lift

Also have you thought you don't actually need buccal fat and it's the set of your zygos that made you look bloated

You probably have meduim/low set zygos/cheekbones and that's why you look bloated

I would say palate expansion first and then see if you want zygo ostetomy or custom malar implants and shaving
