Getting taller at 19

I’m probably delusional but should I take any substances like GHRP or HGH to grow taller. I’m 19 almost 20(this summer). I’m 178 so I wanna kms I’m not even 6ft. Brutal. I can’t get my growth plates checken because the netherlands fucking sucks, I literally asked my doctor to make xrays for that and she basically told me I’m an autist and no one ever asks that.

I was 178 3-4 weeks ago, I grew 2.5 cm one night, i was having horrible leg cramps and shit, If it helps i have been playing sports, taking sun, sleeping 9+ hours I'm 19 too

Dude, I hit my last spurt at 17, i didn't grew after that thought i was finished, but then grew those 2,5 cm 4 weeks ago, try to do Something to Reach your max potential

Also if you have feet pain and leg cramps, it's a good sign

He might grow at 19 if he’s late bloomer, my dad didn’t grow till like 16-17 and grew until 20.

Ive been decently athletic all my life and well fed, I just had early puberty and I remember I didnt sleep longer than 6 hours a night for a year when I was like 12

Hmm interesting, my father is 172, mother is 165, I’m like 182 but have bad posture; probably around 183/184cm with good posture, and I had a terrible shitty development

Genetics r so complicated and height has so many variables

Not gonna lie I thought I would be mad tall because I was one of the tallest in my class at like 12 and 13 (i had hella early puberty)

If u just do a little bit of research you can find sources easily. Think steroid forums. Make sure to do lots of research before actually injecting anything tho, it can either ascend you or ruin you if you do it wrong

Bro to be honest i dont want to get any longer term health issues because of it i dont think there are some risk free methods.. Id rather choose the rope

Same for me

I haven’t grown since like 15.5, maybe 16 idk

But I was 152cm at 12, 173cm at 13, 178cm at 14, 180cm at 15, 182cm at 16
