i had a palate expander when i was young like extreme one but i generally think they didn’t do shit to my lower teeth, could i get something from that, sometimes i feel my tounge resting on my lower teeth

i’ve only had like stuff done on me twice and it’s both for my upper palate, i don’t know if anything had been done to my lower palate and it genuinely does not seem like it
