Getting the perfect ipd

The distance between my pupils is 67(lol) mm my ipd tho is 0.53(wide asf) measured it with a photo using my temples as the side, the photo showed that the distance between my eyes is 1.2 cm while the temples are around 2.25, while the widest part so my cheekbones are 2.3 so from there the ipd is 0.52, my plan is to get my checbones wider so to around 2.5(on the photo ) and then fat graft my temples to 2.5 aswell and get the ipd of 0.48, how is the plan?
