Getting tired of chicken breast, need something else high in protein

tuna fish, most fishes, steak, liver
 
Human semen
 
lentils and nuts for vegetarian / low carbon alternative sources of protein
 
Eggs. It’s why kids who ate a lot of eggs younger years usually grow up to be taller.
tuna has 28g per 100g, boiled egg has 13g

not saying eggs aren’t great for vitamins etc but tuna is more dense by a traditional definition

More protein doesn’t equal higher quality bro. Eggs have the highest amount of Essential Amino Acids. Tuna is good too but eggs trump tuna. Plus Eggs contain cholesterol which boosts testosterone:

do not disagree. i was purely talking about protein density by the traditional definition
tuna has heavy metals in it tho
sardines have almost none of it and taste better
are sardines cheaper?
