Probably coping but imo recessed infras is one of the least meaningful failos, as someone who has them
Occasionally people say I look tired (although in my case sometimes it is genuinely just from stimulant abuse lol) but its not like having a recessed mandible or a shit lower third, some people are into that look

Fat grafting and implants are generally the hardmaxxes I hear people discuss when trying to resolve it but there’s probably other issues that you would get a higher ROI on fixing

Gonial implants or fillers are probably gonna be higher roi than anything with your infras for now
If you diy it just be very careful, its impressive but easy to botch yourself and your looks aren’t something to flippantly gamble on
