Getting treated worse after shaving head

Maybe it's in my mind but ever since getting a hair transplant to go from roughly nw1.5-2 to nw 0 and getting my hair shaved I've noticed I don't get treated as good as I used to my hair is still very short (I got the HT on february 13).
