I'm getting Trimax surgery in 10 days performed by Dr Dr Kater (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). It'll be payed private but he isn't going to do insane movements.
I'm scared that i'm overestimating the results, and that i won't really ascend that much. Here are some pics, what do yall think?

You might be able to negotiate but its unlikely, since considering you're 17 I'm assuming this is functional surgery rather than aesthetic

How did you get the consultation that u need a bimax. I have an asymmetry in my jaw and i was wondering where I could go to figure out how to fix

i just went on my own, i said i want to look better and larped sleep apnea, they noticed that i don't have it but my surgeon said he'll do the surgery anyways to help my airways and for aesthetics, i'll have to pay 14k and the insurance is covering 10k (as usual in germany)

What surgery to fix this asymmetry

you have a recessed and asymmetric maxilla, i'm getting frontal rotation in my maxilla within my trimax, it corrects the horizontal asymmetry.

but do you think it'll be a big ascend? He's doing horizontal rotation to fix asymmetry, around 5mm genio sagittal 2mm horizontal downwards (i have a short face) 4mm maxilla 5mm mandibula advancement and maybe a tiny ccw

Bimax with genio (if your chin is short) and a frontal rotation of both jaws

its not a rotation, one side is smaller and longer. Willing to update answer??

Honestly most results I have seen from hardmaxxing over the last 4 years have been underwhelming.

5mm genio sagittal, 2mm vertical (i have a short face), 4mm lefort 1 + tiny ccw rotation and horizontal rotation 5mm mandibular + tiny ccw rotation and horizontal rotation

honestly with that little movement i dont think it will do much. i did genio myself 2 years ago. the guy wanted to do only 6mm but i made him do 11mm. it made my side a lot better but i am still not good looking since my starting point was pretty bad. the front didnt change too much. i also made him make my chin a little bit taller
