Getting trimax surgery in 7 days

I've already posted a lot about this topic: I'm 17, and i'm getting a bimax surgery + genioplasty and a slight rotation in 7 days performed by Dr Dr Kater (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). I'm paying private, the cause is bad airways and aesthetic problems due to recession in my lower third.
I made an appointment 1 day before the surgery to talk to Dr Kater and to plan the surgery, so my question is:
What exactly should i tell him? He's got 35 years of experience and i don't want to sound like a "know-it-all", but i really want a big ascension and i'm scared of underadvancement. Any suggestions what EXACTLY i could tell him and what movements he should perform?

Did he seem blackpilled in your consultation with him?

I'm also looking for a blackpilled maxfac in Germany who will actually ascend his patients hard and isn't trying to reduce competition by doing bluepilled subpar movements. I feel like Germany is very bad in this regard so I'm considering American maxfacs instead

If you're above 18 and you've got the money go to Dr Alfi (LA). Dr Kater is good, not perfect but good and he'll do an aesthetic bimax even tho i'm 17.

if he gets a good amount of advancement, the nose changes will be a lot more significant than you expect. don’t think he needs it (and assuming they cut high up enough
