heard nano hydrosomething was good (i forgot what it was called)

i have braces currently but im planning to just oil pull brush regularly and do some other shit, dont really care if i have pearly whites or not right now, just oral health in itself

if u have braces just make sur you dont get stains around the arra where the tooth is covered

I use dental grade 44% hydrogen peroxide gel but sure that works too
