getting wisdom teeth removed

all 4 of my wisdom teeth are getting pulled cause they're growing in like this (got xray done):



I know they need to be taken out but I’ve heard the extraction can impact bone/face. what can be done to prevent issues?
im 18 btw

just use a good oral surgeon and follow aftercare and you’ll be fine
