Gf wants to live together

Pros: i will not live with roommates, she's gl,she cooks, she cleans.

Cons: i may end up dependent on that lifeste, she works with me, if we breakup I'll be left in an expensive appartement i can't afford.

The rent is expensive in paris so living with a gf could be a good idea but I'm afraid I'd regret it. What would you decide.
