Would taking als and gh be good to maximize my growth during puberty? How much should i take, whats the cost, what should i do for my safety. Im 14 174cm , my mom is 164 and dad is like 177/178

you don't need an AI at 14 as your growth plates are already wide open, I would reserve it for later in puberty
