not for HGH bloat

eplerenone antagonises aldosterone, one of the hormones which causes water retention
HGH causes water retention, but not through aldosterone

therefore aldosterone antagonism via eplerenone is mostly useless for HGH bloat - a better option would be hydrochlorothiazde

i dont know yet, ima try it soon

it might make you less bloated overall but it won't eradicate all hgh bloat, still worth taking if you have it on hand though

haven’t looked into that at all, any side effects i should look out for? are they similar to eplerenone? is sourcing difficult?,,,as to be honest i haven’t really heard of it

sounds scary but from anecdotal experiences most people have 0 side effects, even when using it daily
