ghk and gh question

im gonna be doing growth for 5 months (920iu 6 iu a day) and i have a choice to order 1000 mgs of ghk as well (indefinite 5 mg use), but would that be worth it if the gh is already helping my skin? or would it be extra useful ascension for myself to add in?

why are you doing 6iu for skin benefits??
secretagogue wouldve been smarter, although in reality a retinoid + moisturiser + sunscreen is ideal, with ghk or gh secretagogues just being the cherry on top

im not, im doing it for bone growth and generally all the benefits it offers. what im saying is the skin benefits it does offer, would it be beneficially to add the ghk or would it be counterintuitive. i already do adapalene for the prominent stuff with moisturizer + tinted sunscreen, and moisturizer again at night, but i am interested in ghk for its regenerative properties

ghk is unnecessary here in my opinion
you arent gonnna get bone growth from gh that isnt acromegalic in nature, and even for that 6iu isnt usually enough
