IS Ghk cope for acne?

atm i use tret, with spf, and retinol but could i replace it with GHK,

AND if i was would i pin or use topical with derma

is pinning better then derma? cause i have very oily skin - black heads, acne, but tret is doing good with acne but not blackheads
