we all know of GHK-Cu a peptide that is promoted as a "rejuvenation" compound towards TikTok kids and grandma's

evidence shows that when delivered intranasally it is a potent nootropic which aids in learning and memory .

idk i don't wanna put in the effort i can't figure out this site, it's good. one of the best imo, sources in the bottom. feel free to correct me if I'm wrong

In the 5xFAD transgenic mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease, intranasal GHK-Cu (15 mg/kg, 3 times per week for 3 months) delayed cognitive impairment, reduced amyloid plaque burden in cortex and hippocampus, and lowered inflammation markers. Benefits appeared in both sexes on Y-maze and spatial learning tests.

A more recent comparison found that longer-term intranasal delivery produced more consistent hippocampal-dependent learning benefits than short-term intraperitoneal injection, with distinct molecular signatures (e.g., suppression of certain aging-related metabolic and growth pathways with intranasal use).

Proposed mechanisms from gene-expression and histology work include anti-inflammatory effects (reduced cytokines, lower reactive astrocytes/microglia activity), antioxidant support, modulation of neurotrophic factors (e.g., links to NGF/BDNF pathways), reduced protein aggregation or plaque burden in models, and broader gene resets that favor repair over aging-related decline.

this is cool n all but many people here have already established that nootropics as a whole are more or less cope compared to conventional methods like, say, sleep

i mean this is mostly for college students where you cant get a full 8 hours of sleep, and personally id love a boost in my learning,
