Ok I have had multiple people now tell me others on the forum are saying GHK-cu nukes DHT into the ground. Who’s saying this? Also I’d love to see you send me an actual study. I probably talk about this peptide the most so if I somehow skipped over a whole section of literature saying it’s nukes DHT I’d be enlightened to see, JFL.

Yeah I’ve done a lot of reading before using the peptide and then after seeing claims made I couldn’t find anything.

There were a couple articles online talking about it but having no specifics just muh GHK reduces levels of DHT for hair regrowth and the few articles talking about it had zero sources for the claims. Crazy how many morons spew stuff in this forum so confidently.

As you’re probably the most acknowledgeable individual about GHK-cu, where are we in scientitic literature/anecdotal experiences?

tldr. does it work or not for antiaging

TLDR yes it does, and very good too.

Where to source it, how much do I need to pin and where, costs. Please do a thread or smth about it

these are the only 2 things I really read about in terms of DHT and copper peptide correlation. I’m pretty sure second link I mentioned from peptidesscience is referencing from the first study I linked from what I remember. There doesn’t seem to be much on it though.

I don’t think it’s anything to worry about (if you want DHT) or useful in terms of its DHT suppression and hair loss. I have heard anecdotes of people’s DHT and e2 levels remaining the same while using GHK-cu.

Very interesting. I do see in the study where it says copper inhibits it strongly but obviously we don’t know to what degree, how sensitive a person would be, and not to mention it’s hard to take enough GHK to even become copper toxic. I imagine this scenario is person dependent.

I understand the type 1 iso enzyme is mainly found in the skin, isn’t type 1 also responsible for neurosteroids?

Yes, 5AR type 1 is mainly linked to the production of neurosteroids.

I’m pretty sure that study was performed in vitro also (as well as most ghk-cu studies) so not sure what difference or if there is a difference for us.

Well I’ve been using GHK-cu pinned daily for almost a month now and I’m not gonna pin it for a couple days and just test it out and see if I notice anything.

How has your experience with it been? Have you noticed any changes after a week?

It was me, I'm the one who spread the rumor, I did it with no evidence and no reasoning. That's right

I’ve made posts before on it, check my history. I might have to write a full thread on it. Seems like people wanna know more in depth.

Even if it did aslong it don’t work on 5Ar its gonna be goated

To be fair, most of the theory plus what is said in the study is it temporarily alters the way the type 1 iso enzyme is expressed which I think could cause potential concern considering it might shift the balance and you know as well as I do shifting your hormonal cascade even by a little can fuck shit up. This is all theory though don’t take me serious.

The problem is mainly 5ar
You could Nuke Dht i don’t really give af

But in my opinion you shouldn’t (estrogen control and the dry androgenic look that contrats the test bloat)

But supposedly you can aslong you don’t use shit like finasteride or Dut
You want to use shit like ketoconazole Or spironolactone oe estrodiol creams

Or you jsut wanna straight up go on Deca you’ll have literraly 0 dht in your body if your on deca only or Npp only
