πŸ“Œ Topical Protocol (Best for Skin Repair & Anti-Aging)

πŸ’‘ Best for reducing redness, acne scars, wrinkles, and improving skin texture.

πŸ—“ Daily Routine (Morning & Night)

1️⃣ Cleanse – Use a gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser.
2️⃣ Apply BPC-157 Serum/Spray (0.1-0.2mg per application)

  • Helps reduce inflammation and promote healing.
  • Let it absorb for 5-10 minutes.
    3️⃣ Apply GHK-Cu Serum (0.05-0.1% concentration)
  • Boosts collagen, skin regeneration, and reduces fine lines.
  • Let it absorb for another 5-10 minutes.
4️⃣ Moisturizer – Hydrates and locks in peptides.
5️⃣ SPF (Morning Only) – GHK-Cu can make skin more sensitive to UV damage.

πŸ—“ Optional Weekly Treatment: Microneedling (0.25-0.5mm)

  • Perform once a week in the evening.
  • Apply BPC-157 and GHK-Cu immediately after microneedling to enhance absorption.

πŸ“Œ Injectable Protocol (For Deep Skin Regeneration & Anti-Aging)

πŸ’‘ Best for overall skin rejuvenation and long-term anti-aging effects.

  • GHK-Cu Dosage: 100-200 mcg daily (subcutaneous injection)
  • BPC-157 Dosage: 250-500 mcg daily (subcutaneous injection)
  • Injection Site: Subcutaneously in the abdomen or near problem areas.
  • Cycle Length: 4-6 weeks, then take a 2-4 week break.

❌ What to Avoid While Using GHK-Cu & BPC-157

🚫 Strong Acids & Retinoids – AHAs, BHAs, and Vitamin C can break down peptides.
🚫 Overuse of Exfoliants – Can cause irritation and reduce the benefits of peptides.
🚫 Direct Sun Exposure – Always use SPF to prevent UV damage.

500mcg Ghk cu is nothing I use 2,5mg:feelsokman:

Should I mix ghk with bac water or PBS
It depends on how you plan to use the GHK
Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)
:
Contains benzyl alcohol, which helps prevent bacterial growth. Suitable for multi-use applications, as it extends the peptide’s shelf life. Generally preferred for injections.
Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS):
Maintains a stable pH, which is beneficial for certain biological applications. Often used for topical, research, or in vitro applications. Does not contain preservatives, so it has a shorter shelf life.

Sounds good on paper, but there are always some denialists who come to disprove any skincare procedures. Microneedling - scarred tissue, Tretinoin - rubbery skin, fucking prescription free moisturisers - destroy skin barrier and leave it perma dry. I've heard it all. I want to see what it would be with GHK-Cu. I am also temted to try, but want to see someone who has been confirmed to use it for a while. Question is why are autists like Bryan Johnson not on it and if they are why do they look like shit.

if you are knowledgable in this topic: are the bpc-157 dosages correct?

Yes, 250-500mcg is fine I prefer 500mcg. But if you don't have enough supply then its understandable running just 250. I'd op for stacking BPC and TB though.
