some people said that it can reduce IGF-1, but there’s no proof it’s actually doing it.

great point. i have been using retinol + vitamin C for a minute i haven’t really seen much of a difference tho. i have been using it a tiny bit inconsistent tho. will try every day for awhile first tho

It's pretty much entirely health positive, only risks I can possibly think of is the potential IGF-1 reduction—which idk if true or has actual evidence, and maybe potential for Cu overdose. But you'd prob have to pin unrealistic and inhuman amounts to even come close to that.
