Dont go about hgh that easily bro, that’s not like a supplement you just take.
For HGH dosing it depends on how tall you are rn and how old you are it’s not like there’s one dosage for everyone.
Normally ist good to go from 4 to 6 then to 8 and maybe also to 10.
