Yes BAC water. Someone on this forum has been spreading misinformation about what to reconstitute it in. YOU WILL get sick if you don't use BAC that is literally the purpose of it.

The skin ALL over my body has gotten softer and tighter ngl . I use to be an overweight cel and my stomach stretch marks and loose skin has visibly improved , made my abs look alot better bro
