ive been thinking to use topical ghk-cu for my eczema but idk if it would really help and if its worth the side effects any suggestions on what to do?

the fuck am i supposed to do then this shit is tanking me down from mtn to hltn bro
Humidifier at night, hylauronic acid and moisturizer at least twice a day. Use mineral sunscreen. Use ketaconozole if it's seb derm. Avoid facewash and tret around eczema prone areas. Don't overdo irritating skin products. Get plenty of water.

yeah i mean eczema doenst usually leave scars, my skin is just always dry and slightly red making me look weird
Hydrocortisone? No idea go to derma, maintain consistent basic skin care should help

i got based cleanser, you think that could be bad?

Possibly. If it stings at all it could be bad. I'd get a gentle facial cleanser meant for dry skin or eczema prone skin.
also i dont use tap water i have a certain wound-irrigation water i use instead, is that okay

late but is it definitely eczema? or could it be seb derm? anyway Aristocort A (triamcinolone acetonide) really helped me with red flaky and itchy spots on the face. you apply and its completely gone in a matter of 2 days.

Hydrocortisone works (I suffer from eczema) just use it sparingly and carefully as you can be unlucky and go into withdrawal from its usage, making your eczema 100x worse. I always use it as a last resort once if nothing else works

Eczema is also exacerbated by bad gut health & diet. Barely ever eat junk and keep your sodium intake low, it helps. You will never be rid of it as it is a genetic curse that you will have for your entire life but you can make it disappear
