Im 21 and Ive been pining 2mg of ghk-cu for a month now and I have to convince myself that it is actually doing something so dont have crazy expectations. Im going to trust the process for a total of 5 months: 2 months in, 1 month out, 2 more months in. If after this time there are no noticable changes ill stop taking it and if there are improvements ill stop taking it anyway and try to maintain them without it see how it goes.

Probably won’t be a crazy difference but if you got the money then go for it. I haven’t started yet so I’m not sure but if it helps it helps . Don’t expect it to clear acne tho cuz it won’t.
