GHK-CU reconstituted with PBS sterility.

I have a question for reconstituting GHK-CU with PBS.

Sterility is a problem; the PBS does not come in a sterile vial, rather 100mL bottles, so is it just reconstituting 1 vial per bottle? Or can you do multiple vials per bottle then throw it away directly after?
Ive heard that after 5-7 days the vial is susceptible to bacteria (and its effects) and basically "expires" the GHK.

My question is how to circumvent this issue using 50mg vials?
Ive heard about people drawing out the dosage using syringes and just freezing and thawing them when needed (unable to do this as freezer under supervision)
Or is using the vial past 7 days okay?

Why PBS specifically and not bac water (you can also make one using sterile saline water mixed with benzyl alcohol)? And then storing mixed solution at 2-6°C.

Nacl is probably the worst thing that u can use cuz after like 48h it goes bad so its sterile anymore

Yes its okay so use past 7 i even used one past 20days and nothing happened now i will probably try to freeze the syringes

The ph of bac water destroys the cu ion so u only get the benefit of ghk and with bac u get like 60% purerity and with pbs 80%

Havents rly looked into those things but i think pbs is the best option cuz of its ph for ghk cu

You mean like, insert the PBS into the GHK-Cu vial and then completely empty the 50mg vial using syringes, and store them in the freezer ?
Seems like a good idea. The peptide won’t lose its effectiveness once diluted, even if it’s frozen?

Sorry for the necro but did you ever do this and how did it work out? I know in your thread you mentioned that you tossed your PBS once you breached sterility. I'm currently working through a 100ml container and have it frozen. I've heard it can be considered sterile this way for a couple months but I could be wrong

been doing my method almost or over 100 days give or take i wouldnt do it ur way cuz everytime u open the bottle it would get contaminated so its pretty risky what u could do or what i do now is putting like 3ml of pbs in a syringe and freezing it and use them afterwards for the next vial

so imagine u have a 50mg ghk cu vial and use it for 15 days than u would use the bottle first for first vial than freeze one syringe with pbs for the next vial

i would recommend to use 1 pbs bottle in 20-30 days with freezing it

also u shouldnt freeze and unfreeze pbs the whole time
only unfreeze it once

I had 2 50mg reconstituted vials in the fridge frozen way before I did my research fuck my life

Not sure if I should toss or use. If I do the former it's probably going to have zero potency

imo just unfreeze them and use them normally i mean u wont get a infection or smh like that and u may still get some of the ghk cu instead of nothing

i been using ghk since 8 months now i can for sure its cope it helped my skin a bit made it looks shiner but i didnt notice skin repair or like smoother skin but keep in mind my main issue is acne (im now on accutane for almost 2 months)

but overall i will still continue with it because its my budget its costs me about 15-20 dollar a month with ghk cu itself pbs the syringes etc and i do with a friend

yea so ive been using ever since i posted this. def not cope or placebo it completely fixed my eczema and flaky skin, skin is now smooth and shit. helped a little bit with acne but THATS probably placebo. js wanted to give an update

i use 1 vial with a friend 3mg ed 100mg vial so 17 syringes in total and what i do is put 4 of them in my fridge normally and the other 13 in the freezer and when im done with the other 4 i put 4 more out from the freezed ones

imo the contamnination is to exaggerated like im using a pbs for months now without any infektion etc. also pinned many times without wiping my body with alcoholpad i even used a vial for a month or moree because i forgot to pin or had to use 1 vial for myself only

just take 50mg mix it with 3ml i have 100ml bottles and use like 18u so 3mg ed
