if anyone has tried ghk-cu how long did it take to see results and if its actually worth it.
thoughts on topical as well for anyone that has used that too

I've tried topical it made my skin really smooth but I would still breakout every once in a while I stopped using it in the end but ill probably start microneedling it soon, if ur js microneedling it or pinning daily it it could be good, but it shouldnt replace your entire skincare routine.

it takes like 2-3 months for sufficient results. Go either sub-q or topical+micro needling but id suggest sub-q for the hair glow
