There are many human studies proving GHK-CU works well topically. The thing that hasn't been proven in human studies is injectable ghk-cu. Though there are many anecdotal accounts saying it works. I started pinning it like 2 weeks ago, still waiting for results

are u supplementing zinc?
I'm getting 20mg of zinc per day with multivitamin and like 6mg through meals.

Is that enough?

Why not do both topical and injection

u should be good, the idea that copper can cause zinc deficiency is very theoretical but getting 26mg should be good enough

From what ive seen based on the animal studies atleast you gotta pin more than what mist people do to get those results

Pinning is more effective and results last longer cause its systematic but it takes months to see results and you cant miss pins and have to pin everyday so it get annoying
I pin cause im already using too much topical shit atm
