dude genuinely the only systemic injection i genuinely felt helped my skin smoothness was HGH. no shitty secretagogues like the actual stuff. GHK cu maybe but only after months of 3-5 mg daily. obviously other stuff in your stack will be important but genuinely for refilling tiny pits those 2 are really good.

even accutane can help with the actual remodeling (proven btw dont fucking tell me it wont do shit for scarring it wont fix anything but over time itll help) and making them look better while ur on since less oily/porous skin will reflect light differently ur skin would look smoother
