@maxismisha hgh only adds height if you have a clinical gh deficiency and your growth plates are still open. once puberty is done, extra gh just makes your bones thicker and organs bigger — that's acromegaly. messing with your pituitary axis for a couple cm isn't worth the insulin resistance and heart issues. if you think you're deficient talk to an endocrinologist. otherwise dial in food, training and sleep.
