I can't tell you fs, as i dont have any experience, however I belive 2mg of ghk cu a day is perfect

Don't pin. You run the risk of hitting a nerve, bleeding profusely or infection.

Use topical version. You will get the same benefits with topical.

2-4mgs daily, pin 1-2 times daily and take a zinc supplement along with it.
