What’s the reasoning for so much was ur skin really bad before ?

There isn’t really a known dose for ghk-cu ye, only the higher you go the more copper u get which is bad to maintain zinc-copper ratio.
So I just pick 5mg to ensure I get good skin and dont get stretch marks from lifting, and yes i had bad skin
