Is standard ghkcu dosing of 1/2mg sub q per day enough? Whats the recommended dosing casue ive seen a lot of people say that 1/2mg is either too much or too little.

ive heard people sat 2-5mg 2-3x times a week to start but you can go upto a daily dosage, please correct me if wrong asn im curious about the same thing. I do 3mg 3x a week.
