i literally almost already have perfect skin, i just want to get rid of all the redness and some in purities, whats the best dose to start at/ work up to? i was taking 1mg everyday b4 but idk how much to take now. Any1 experienced with it?

No, I’m right, you know nothing and your skin is not perfect.
Not having acne doesn’t mean your skin is perfect, that’s the literal bare minimum for a looksmaxer you retard.

You also say topical GHK-CU is cope when you’re just blatantly wrong.

i take 2.5mg per day personally, works decently well for maintenance.
iirc @aids mentioned the human equivalent to the minimum effective dose is somewhere around 20mg/day, so technically we’re all microdosing compared to that.
if redness is strictly your main issue, stack it with niacinamide 4-5% and azelaic acid 15-20%.
that’s assuming redness is the main problem if you have acne, isotretinoin. Don't bother with the rest.

I do not know where that was stated, i only have a little bit of redness on the forehead, i already use Niacinamide and Salycilic acid, so i think im good my routine is pretty good tbh, one of the reasons i took ghk was for hair growth aswell, so ill prob take around 1-2mg daily thanks though

Going to order a few grand of peptides/oils/orals including GHK-CU raws so I will make a thread on topical vehicles + ideal dosing and how to maintain sterile technique with raws when that all comes.
