what is the most optimal way to pin ghkcu, is it recommended or supposed to be pinned at the same time everyday? Or does it not matter and you can pin like monday 6 am and tuesday 9pm.

yeah for sure i feel it doesnt yank my skin as much

i sit push my stomach out and grab as much fat as i can and it always goes in fine, that or i jab my ass like a dart at 90 in the middle
