I ghosted the last two girls I been with tbh. And I didn’t just ghost for no reason. There is always a valid reason of the other person doing something that puts you off of them.

So just think about anything you potentially did that gave them the ick. There’s a lot of possibilities tbh (I ghosted a girl because I thought she spoke with too much chin - speaking sounded a bit like Claudia Winkleman). Literally could be any reason though.
