Have read a lot about Giant botching people here and there, Giant himself however claims the Botch rate is incredibly low. That low that I find it hard to believe tbh.

He can say whatever he wants, and i am not even a hater necessarily. I think he is better then the average implant designer. But from the like 15 results out there, no one of those looks really good and atleast 5 look unnatural and uncanny, atleast for someone who knows about lookmaxxing surgeries. His designs are mostly for looking good in a ct scan and for a instagram post of the skull itself.

That’s an interesting take.

I’ve been guilty in the past of focusing too much on how my skull will look instead of my actual face.

What do you think differentiates implants which look aesthetic in person from those that look aesthetic only on scan? Using infraorbital implants as an example perhaps.

As some who has a jaw implant and done a lot of research on the topic, the biggest things
Are 1) being humble when it comes to size and shape. A low of people want crazy angularity and big size and end up looking weird. 2) understanding your own skull anatomy. You can’t just take an attractive person jaw/orbits/zygos and attach them to your head, it needs to look organic, if someone is severely recessed - eg lips under eyebrow ridge, a chin implant won’t help, they need a bimax first. There was a guy, who had a jaw implant and ended up looking like a Superman ordered from Ali Expresss. The implant itself wasn’t bad, but the guy was extremely recessed and on top of that had a protruding chin, implant made chin looking even worse. He also went with a huge size instead of something smaller for his zygos.

I'm going to have bimax, but my midface is recessed and my zygomatic arches aren't prominent, and they're also weak and slightly recessed. In this case, would implants be suitable for me? Or should I have bimax from the beginning to see results?

You can get zygos osteotomy with bimax
