Saw @FutureSlayer 's post, same thing here. He performed a few surgeries, but it seems that taking on many clients at once and taking their money is a more scalable business model than focusing on individual procedures.
I have talked with one of the surgeons he works with, he also told me "I have talked with Liam about it, he has his ways and I had to push back surgeries because of this"
He also said he will have a new assistant starting soon, so dms will be answered. That was a lie.
I was in another country which coincidentally he was also in. He told me to meet him Thursday 6PM, I didn't even bother to leave my house because of course you know what happened... he stopped answering. I paid in June, and in october he dmd me saying "Im almost ready." lol.
At the end of the day who cares, if you still have that goal of "going to giant and ascending" you can forget about it but it's no issue, there are many surgeons who will respond after 24h and not do this whole shitshow.
