heavily considering getting custom facial implants and I've been following Giant's design work. The digital renders look insane, but I rarely see, long-term before and after photos of real patients.
If anyone here has gotten jaw, chin, or cheek implants designed by him, could you share your B&As

You're a 2024 user, that has 90 post and you've been following me around defending giant multiple times today. Or asking silly questions like what is wrong with this model skull used for surgical planning that looks like a 3rd grader drew it. It had pentagrams/hexagrams for orbitals for god sake and was not even fully filled like bone just shit hatching pattern. It's obvious what's wrong with it.

At the same time you unlike 99% of this forum obvious have extensive knowledge. I find all this extremely sus.

Not following u around bro, just lurking in the same cosmetic surgery threads as u. I care about what is true not hopping on some hate bandwagon. Also I was literally just questioning why you think it's pathetic, to me just looks like a 3d printed model of the actual patients skull to test how the implants are fitting or to show the patient idfk, that's why i was asking why you thought it was pathetic, maybe u had more knowledge to me but that doesn't seem to be the case (why would it need to be filled like bone lmao) u just seem to really hate the guy. and yea I have knowledge because I have been lurking for years but I don't really post. Also you can see in the thread that he denies that mehlman is his patient, do you have any actual evidence that he is?
